Linfield Harriers Volunteer at NXN

Portland, OR - Over a dozen Linfield cross country team members volunteered their time at Nike Cross Country Nationals, helping to put together yet another exciting and successful edition of the legendary season-ending event. Working as course marshals and break down crew, the Wildcats had a good time giving back to the sport. They were also able to rub elbows with some professional Nike athletes which made the event all the more memorable.

"I was surprised and impressed with the number of volunteers we were able to bring," stated associate head coach Greg Mitchell. "Being as it was finals week, I thought we might be short-handed. It's great to see our athletes so willing to give back."
