Why did you come to Linfield?
I came to Linfield to run for Coach Mitchell and be in the Pacific Northwest!

What is your fondest memory thus far from your time at Linfield?
Being a family with the cross country team.

What is it that you enjoy most about cross country?
I enjoy racing and chasing victory.

Who is your athletic hero/role-model?
My athletic hero/role-model is Coach Mitchell; he is a complete stud runner and an even better person.

Do you crinkle your race bib number or leave it smooth?
I always keep it smooth; crinkling of the bib number is overrated! 

What’s your most embarrassing athletic moment?
Freshman year in a race I slipped and ate it hard coming around a corner with an entire group of people watching and saying “ohhhhhhhh.”

What is your favorite movie?
300 and Blood Diamonds

What song is most played on your iPod?
So much music!!! Any Texas hip/hop and rap probably gets played most though.

What is your homepage on your computer?
NBA.com, I gotta stay updated!

What words of wisdom would you offer to a college-bound high school senior? 
Pick the school that you get the best feeling about and run hard!

Linfield XC Xmas Xterior Illumination Xcursion
December 9, 2012

Taking a bit of a study break the night before finals has never been so festive! Members of the cross country team enjoyed a 45 minute night-time run around McMinnville taking in some impressive Christmas light displays along the way.

“There were a few homes out there of which Clark W. Griswold would be proud,” stated associate head coach Greg Mitchell, who led the run.

Clothed in their brightest running apparel, the runners enjoyed the lights of Third Street and McMinnville’s legendary “Christmas Cul de Sac” as well as numerous other glowing abodes. Following the run, participants enjoyed some hot cocoa and Christmas cookies.

“It was a nice break from studying,” stated team captain Brandon Lemerande. “With finals looming ahead it was nice to get a run in with friends and get into the holiday spirit a bit.”
The team enjoys the exterior illumination of McMinnville.

MCMINNVILLE, Ore. – The Linfield cross country team celebrated the conclusion of another successful season with its annual awards dessert.  In addition to All-West Region and All-Conference awards, other team awards were given out:
